02Review the vehicle and pickup details
Read the vehicle description, seating, transmission and fuel information. Check the pickup area and timing, then agree with the host on the exact handover point. Use the listing’s photos to understand the vehicle, and ask for clarification if an important detail is missing.
03Confirm eligibility and documents
Requirements vary by vehicle and host. Confirm the accepted driving licence, minimum age, identity documents and any other conditions before travelling to pickup. Carry the originals requested in the booking terms.
04Document the condition at handover
Walk around the car with the host before starting the trip. Note existing scratches or damage, check the fuel level and take time-stamped photos where appropriate. Make sure both sides agree on the condition and return expectations.
05Read cancellation and support terms
Understand the cancellation window, refund calculation, extension process and what to do if the host or vehicle is unavailable. Keep the booking confirmation and use the platform’s support channel if plans change.
